Block and Bleed Gauge Valve
FAV Block and Bleed Gauge Valve are designed for connecting system impulse line & transmitters. These manifold consist of Single valve configuration which allows for easy isolation, calibration, block and bleed for gauges, pressure switches and static pressure transmitting instruments. These valves are rugged in construction to withstand high pressures and temperatures. The valves are rated for pressures as high as 6000 PSI at 200 o F or 4000 PSI at 500 o F. with PTFE Packing. For a Higher Temperatures Grafoil Packing is used. These valve combine the functions of a tee, calibration valve, isolation valve and all tubing and fittings into a single compact unit thus reducing number of fittings and space required for installation.
Materials
Block and Bleed Gauge Valve is Constructed from 316 stainless steel, carbon steel or alloy 400, each single piece manifold is compact and features locking plates, mounting holes and upstream or downstream ports. Thoroughly tested to withstand up to 1200° F, instrument manifolds perform in many of the most demanding environments

Application
FAV Block and Bleed Gauge Valve are designed for stringent application in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical etc. industries. These gauge valve can be used for throttling and straight isolation in process or flow control applications. These metal seated valves are machined from square bar stock and are available in sizes 1/8” to 2” in various connections. 10000 psi valves are rated upto 1” pipe size.
Construction
Rising stem& bar stock body design. Metal-to-Metal seating achieves buddle-tight shut-off, longer stem/seal life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance. Block and Bleed Gauge Valve, Block and Bleed Valves, available in 316 Stainless Steel, Monel, Duplex & other exotic material.Gauge valve in BSPP, BSPT, ISO, Socket & Butt Weld etc. connections available on request.Temperature range 100°C to 230°C (400°C Optional ) .Block and Bleed Gauge Valve Manifolds are designed for Pressure upto 20,000 psi .Spindle is thread rolled and burnished for smooth operation and long life.All gauge valve are 100% factory tested with dust and thread caps are provided as standard for Needle valve
