PTFE Coating

Surface coating associated with wear, friction, corrosion and sticking  and  to improve processing and productivity with range of fluoropolymers for metal surface and other substrates.

Pioneer Enterprise specialized in PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), providing excellent non-stick properties, these materials have the highest operating temperature of any fluoropolymer and can operate at 260°C and have extremely low coefficient of friction coupled with good abrasion and chemical resistance. These coatings are either single or two-coat systems, comprising of a primer and topcoat.
The surface has a high lubricity. This product has been used in structures and environment requiring corrosion resistance for a long period, including fastening bolts and metal parts for bridges, underground segments, buried pipes, marine structures, petroleum plants etc

Viflon/PTFE/Xylan Coating on Nuts & Bolts for special Application :

PTFE Coating on Nuts & Bolts significantly Coating Thickness Range : 15 to 30 Microns Maximum  temperature 260°C reduced the amount Of make-up torque lost to friction, removing much of the Uncertainty form predicting clamp loads. It's an ideal protection for corrosive environments, salt-water condition .

Coating Thickness Range : 250 to 1000 microns , Maximum temperature. 200°C

Viflon//ECTFE(Halar/) coated Centrifuge basket .For Wear & High Temperature Resistance

Coating Thickness Range : 25micron to 40micron, Maximum temperature. 260°C
